The Kitchen

All campers can expect to have at least one volunteer shift in the kitchen. 

Kitchen Lead

Manage/oversee all aspects of the camp kitchen from build through strike, support any other kitchen core team members

Event Week Kitchen Captain / Co-Captain 

Specifically manages / oversee kitchen and meal teams during event week

Build Kitchen Captian

Specifically support set up of the kitchen and feeding of the build crew

Strike Kitchen Captian

Specifically support strike/packing of kitchen, feeding of strike crew

Meal Leads

Campers who volunteer to lead a meal, work closely with the Kitchen lead for ordering and scaling recipes. 

Kitchen Volunteer Shift

Most campers will primarily participate in the kitchen as a part of your kitchen volunteer shift. You can expect to jump in to support dinner for camp through chopping and cooking, cleaning the dining room, serving food, managing kitchen waste, and washing dishes.
